Shipping

All ‘made to order’ product will be shipped the next working day after completion. UK shipping options are:

• Royal Mail Special delivery, next working day.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature.

• For international shipping options, please contact us directly so that we can work out what the delivery charges will be. We will then advise you on how to place your order.

Please be aware that there may be delays that are out of our control .

Returns

We want you to be happy with every item you receive but we understand that there are occasions where you may want to return an item. If you are not totally satisfied with your item, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).

To make a return, post the item back to us and email claybeirnepottery@gmail.com with your postage reference and reason for returning. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods and we recommend that you send items via a recorded delivery service. We are unable to offer a refund for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.
